GB News is facing an Ofcom investigation into an interview with Donald Trump broadcast on The Weekend, presented by Dawn Neesom, at 12pm on November 15. The interview was conducted by GB News presenter Bev Turner. Ofcom stated it is investigating whether the programme breached rules on due impartiality and material misleadingness. Ofcom previously confirmed it would not investigate a different Turner-presented episode, The Late Show Live, broadcast at 12am on November 15 2025, in which Trump said London had no-go areas for police. Ofcom will now investigate the later airing of the interview 12 hours afterward. GB News said it is surprised and concerned about the delayed decision to investigate after publishing an assessed programme.
