Total net revenue was $96.8 million, down 1.9% year over year and within guidance of $96 million to $98 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $16.4 million, down 9.7% year over year and within guidance of $16 million to $17 million. Digital revenue represented 59% of total net revenue, an all-time high, and digital profit contributed 63% of segment profit. Digital advertising revenue from Townsquare Ignite increased 6.8% year over year, with programmatic business up 21%. Programmatic accounted for about 65% of digital advertising revenue in 2025, and Q1 2026 growth was mainly attributed to it. Media partnership model revenue approximately doubled versus Q1 2025, and management expected the division to reach $50 million revenue with a 20% profit margin in four years. Remnant digital advertising revenue declined 37% year over year, while subscription digital marketing solutions revenue decreased 7.9% year over year but expanded margins to 33.7%. Broadcast advertising revenue declined 6.6% year over year, and cash flow from operations was $4.2 million.
