Paygentic, a London-based startup founded by Susan O'Neill and Samuel Alarco Cantos, secured $2 million (£1.6m) in pre-seed funding led by MiddleGame Ventures with participation from Anamcara Capital, Aperture, Angel Invest and Alan Morgan. The company addresses the mismatch between variable AI compute costs and traditional fixed SaaS billing by providing an all-in-one platform that supports hybrid, usage-based and outcome-based pricing models.
