Middlesbrough say they have compelling CCTV footage showing the man hiding in bushes, entering a toilet at the nearby Rockliffe Hall hotel, and returning with a changed appearance. EFL regulations normally allow 14 days for Southampton to respond, but the EFL requested an early hearing. The commission can impose reprimands, fines, points deductions, or expulsion in extreme cases.
