"The goalkeeper will represent the Reds for the remainder of the 2025-26 season as they look to avoid relegation from the Women's Super League. Falk made headlines at the 2025 Women's Euros when Sweden's quarter-final tie against England went to a penalty shoot-out. The 32-year-old saved four kicks in that shoot-out but also missed one of her own as England progressed to the last four and eventually won the competition."
"It's been a dream I've had, to play in this league, and this is a really big club, so I'm really happy. I think the environment here is amazing, it's very cosy but it's big and it has everything that you could need. It was a nice feeling just seeing everything. I always try to be myself, and I am very vocal and driven, and I'll just try to do the same things here that I have done before."
Liverpool have signed goalkeeper Jennifer Falk on loan from BK Hacken for the remainder of the 2025-26 season. Falk saved four penalties in Sweden's 2025 Women's Euros quarter-final shoot-out against England while also missing one of her own. She follows midfielder Alice Bergstrom, who joined Liverpool permanently from Hacken earlier in January. Falk described the move as a dream, praised the club environment, and said she will be vocal and driven. Liverpool sit bottom of the WSL after 11 games with three points and no wins and recently lost 9-1 to Chelsea in the League Cup. The next match is January 11 against London City Lionesses.
