Amanda Tori Meating shared her life-changing transition update and announced a break from social media. Known from RuPaul's Drag Race season 16, she came out as trans in 2024. But honestly, being on set and having people call me Amanda all the time, like 'she/her'ing me...push[ed] me out of the nest a little bit and crack[ed] the egg.
Whenever people have asked me lately how/what I'm feeling, my response has usually been 'I feel all of it!'. I'm also feeling so excited about what's next (for the first time in a long time, mama)!
Finally feeling inspired to write down my thoughts again, and excited to see what ends up on the page.
Amanda has planned for autumn/winter in the US a 'FACE REVEAL Tour', currently ironing out dates and inviting interested venues to connect.
