"Certain data relating to some of our clients' customers may also have been impacted. The scope, nature and extent of such impact remains under investigation by the Company and its third-party advisors."

SitusAMC detected a cyberattack on November 12 and engaged outside experts and federal law enforcement to assess and contain the incident. Corporate records such as accounting files and legal agreements were reported impacted, and some customer-related data may also have been affected. The company implemented security measures including credential resets, disabling remote access tools, firewall rule updates, and enhanced settings. Clients including JPMorgan Chase, Citi and Morgan Stanley were notified, and the investigation into the scope and nature of the data exposure remains ongoing. The FBI reported no operational impact to banking services.
