"My site has been running and using reCAPTCHA v2 for quite a few years with pretty good success, Lately, though, I've had a lot of spammy queries getting through. Below is an example. Form details below. Name: JoshuaNek Email: stacie.black@usmc.mil Telephone: 86989746399 Time To Call: Comments: kassierich@comcast.net They are all exactly the same, except that the names, numbers and emails will vary."
"What is the point of this? Are these hyperlinked emails in fact traps? More importantly, how do I put a stop to it? It may help to mention that I have failed to manually migrate my keys to Google Cloud, so it may have been done automatically, or be ion the process of being done. Thanks for any feedback you can offer."
My site has used reCAPTCHA v2 for years with good success but has recently allowed many spammy form submissions. Example submission includes Name: JoshuaNek, Email: stacie.black@usmc.mil, Telephone: 86989746399, Comments: kassierich@comcast.net. Submissions are nearly identical except for varying names, numbers, and emails. The presence of hyperlinked emails raises concern that the messages might be traps. The owner asks how to stop the spam. The owner notes failure to manually migrate reCAPTCHA keys to Google Cloud and wonders whether automatic or in-process migration could be related. The owner requests feedback and solutions.
