CUNY Beyond is a five-year initiative to ensure students graduate with direction, preparation, connections and career skills for success in a rapidly changing economy. The program integrates career exploration, practical experience and networking into coursework, advising, orientations and everyday campus life rather than treating career development as separate or delayed until later college years. Faculty participate through the CUNY Career Success Fellows program, with 125 faculty integrating career-connected learning across disciplines and mentoring colleagues.
