Veganuary 2026 Lunch and Learn Series meets weekly at 11:30 a.m. at rotating restaurants in Menlo Park, Palo Alto and Redwood City for a $366 series promoting a primarily whole-foods, plant-based diet. Weekly Friday Meditation meets at 11:30 a.m. at the Center for Spiritual Living San Jose with guided music, chanting, readings or silence. Other offerings include a Jan. 10 Red Cross blood drive in Bernal, a free Sozo Fit workout in Morgan Hill, and a POST-led hike at Calero County Park featuring natural history and conservation information.
