Traktionssysteme Austria (TSA) inaugurated a new apprenticeship training center at its Wiener Neudorf facility, investing approximately €250,000 in workforce development. The 70 m² training area integrates directly into the production environment, enabling apprentices to gain practical experience in real operational settings. TSA is expanding its apprenticeship capacity to six positions annually, with plans to reach eight by 2030. This expansion addresses growing demands in technology-driven production while fostering collaboration between trainers, apprentices, and production teams. The initiative reflects the company's commitment to developing highly qualified specialists and securing its future workforce through strategic long-term planning.
