Weapons exports will again be examined on a case-by-case basis, with responses tied to further developments. The partial suspension had been introduced in August because of the high number of civilian deaths from Israeli strikes. The ceasefire has nonetheless been regularly violated, and hundreds of Palestinians have been killed by Israeli strikes since October 10. The suspension will be lifted on November 24.
