iQOO 15's screen fully detailed
"The iQOO 15 will be unveiled in China on October 20 and will then get its global launch next month. Ahead of all that, today the brand has officially revealed the full specs of the phone's screen. This is made by Samsung Display using M14 material, which is also rumored to be featured in Samsung's own upcoming Galaxy S26 Ultra."
"The screen has "2K" resolution and in manual brightness mode can go up to 1,000 nits, whereas in auto mode the peak is at an insane 6,000 nits. iQOO promises a Delta E of 0.27, so it will also be a very accurate display. It will cover 118% of the DCI-P3 color gamut. Interestingly, this panel doesn't have a polarizer at all, in order to improve eye protection"
The iQOO 15 will be unveiled in China on October 20 with a global launch planned next month. The phone uses a Samsung Display panel built on M14 material, which offers 40% higher luminous efficiency, 44% lower power consumption, a 50% longer lifespan, and a 60% reduction in motion blur. The display has 2K resolution, 1,000 nits manual brightness and up to 6,000 nits peak in auto, a Delta E of 0.27, and 118% DCI-P3 coverage. The panel omits a polarizer to improve eye protection and reduce eye-strain symptoms, goes down to 1 nit, and supports DC dimming with 2160Hz PWM at lower levels.
