Disneyland will restart its 70th anniversary celebration on Jan. 8 after pausing for the Halloween and Christmas seasons. The celebration runs 15 months, beginning May 16, 2025 and concluding Aug. 9, 2026. Disneyland chefs will introduce a new limited-time menu with 70 new eats, treats, and drinks across Disneyland and Disney California Adventure. Tiana's Palace in New Orleans Square will serve Southern- and Creole-inspired items such as a Sweet Heat Beignet Chicken Sandwich, Andouille Sausage Po'Boy, and Shrimp and Grits, each paired with collard greens and house-made pickles. Harbour Galley will offer a yuzu lemonade with rainbow jelly and a roasted vegetable ratatouille soup with a garlic bread topper.
