Kevin Spacey reached an out-of-court settlement with three men who had filed civil sexual assault cases against him at the High Court. Two accusers from the criminal trial also pursued civil cases: one alleged approximately 12 assaults between 2000 and 2005, another claimed an assault in 2008 while Spacey was artistic director at London's Old Vic theatre, and a third, Ruari Cannon, alleged groping at a 2013 theatre party. Settlement terms remain undisclosed.
