The winger attempted 13 shots, the most by any player in the 2025-26 Conference League, and struck the post twice while generating 1.51 of Palace's 3.18 expected goals. Sarr has now scored 15 goals across all competitions this season, surpassing his previous campaign total of 12. Manager Oliver Glasner praised the Senegal international's development, noting he predicted this strong season before the campaign began. Palace became the first English team to reach the quarter-finals in their inaugural major UEFA competition campaign since Nottingham Forest in 1978-79.
