Paul Neville is director of digital, data and technology at The Pensions Regulator and is implementing a five-year strategy to shift the organisation from compliance-based to risk-based regulation. The strategy focuses on building strong IT foundations, improving data understanding, and deploying automation to explore information, measure and deliver outcomes with industry and government partners. The future vision includes seamless information flows between organisations. Neville has a background in history and developed digital leadership skills across Sky, BT, startups, major charities, and public-sector roles including Waltham Forest, UK Export Finance and Enfield Council. He joined TPR in October 2023 to apply transformation skills at national scale.
