The New Pinecone Redwood Production Grinder Stands Tall
"We launched the Siberian almost two years ago, but when people see it, they judge the size and they think, 'okay, it's a bulk grinder, I've seen a few of them.' They cannot see what's behind the hood. They can't understand how it can grind for such a long time without getting hot, without needing to stop."
"In packing machines, the biggest problem is the grinder always sits on top, so if you wish to change anything, you have to climb up to change it. For this reason, people prefer to grind on the ground and then."
The Pinecone Redwood is a large-scale coffee grinder designed for high-volume production, featuring a 30-kilogram-capacity hopper and modular grind chamber. It utilizes the same 120-millimeter flat burrs and brushless DC motor as the Pinecone Siberian grinder. Priced at $8,500, it debuted at the MICE event in Melbourne and was showcased at the Hotelex trade show in Shanghai before its U.S. launch in San Diego. The grinder can be remotely controlled for easier adjustments in hard-to-reach installations.
