Filigree Coffee opened its first brick-and-mortar cafe in Horizon West, occupying about 1,000 square feet in the Hamlin shopping district. The space pairs pale wood benches and tables, soft white walls, modern pendant lighting, and checkered tile, with retail shelves stocked with merchandise and coffee. The espresso bar includes a white La Marzocco GB5 and three Mahlkönig grinders, while pre-dosed single-origin coffees are brewed on a Weber Workshops EG-1 for manual pourovers. A Fetco XTS batch brewer with a Litmus showerhead, a Marco Font dispenser, Modbar Steam, and a four-tap setup support grab-and-go and seasonal beverages. Coffees are roasted offsite on a Loring S15 Falcon by coffee director and certified Q Grader Matt Patch, who guides sourcing through direct relationships and importing partners.
