"Thanks to the league's latest CBA, some new rules have been made for the invitees. Truant invited players who do not supply an excused absence (exceptions include a continuing FIBA season, an injury, or family issues) become ineligible for this year's draft. Scrimmages aren't required, but players will need to have physicals and share their medical information with teams. They will also need to sit for interviews with teams and attendant journalists, partake in testing and get size measurements."
The Chicago Bulls have four selections in the 2026 NBA Draft, with two picks in each of the first two rounds. Their lottery pick has 20.3% odds to land in the top four and 4.5% odds to secure the No. 1 selection. The draft is expected to be talent-rich, with AJ Dybantsa, Caleb Wilson, Cameron Boozer, and Darryn Peterson projected among the top selections. The NBA invited 73 players to the 2026 Draft Combine in Chicago from May 10-17. Juke Harris will not attend after announcing he will return to school, transferring to Tennessee. New CBA rules require excused absences for eligibility, include medical sharing, and require physicals, interviews, testing, and measurements.
