Police found a man dead at the scene among recycling debris, said YRP on social media. Hayes said the man is not believed to be an employee of the recycling facility."
"The Office of the Chief Coroner and YRP's homicide and missing persons unit have been engaged as part of the case, said Hayes. He said the circumstances around the man's death are still under investigation. Residents in the area can expect a large police presence as police process the scene, said Hayes.
