The 16-year-old was arraigned in Queens Supreme Court and charged with attempted gang assault in the first degree and assault in the third degree for participating in a beating of Pierre during a large gathering of teenagers at Nautilus Playground on April 16. The charges allege that teens attacked Pierre while others cheered and recorded the assault.
