Jury selection in Elon Musk's fraud suit against Sam Altman is scheduled to begin April 27 in Oakland, with the trial allotted four weeks and expected to end around May 22. The suit alleges Musk contributed $38 million to OpenAI under the premise it would remain a nonprofit and maintain altruistic roots. The company calls the lawsuit baseless and part of a broader harassment campaign.
