Total Q1 2024 revenue for Magnite was $149 million, a 15% increase from Q1 2023. CTV revenue for Q1 was $55 million, a growth of 18% year-over-year. DV+ revenue for the quarter reached $76 million, up 9% from the previous year.
Q2 contribution ex-TAC is projected to be between $142 million and $146 million. Full-year guidance predicts a contribution ex-TAC growth of at least 10%, with CTV growing faster than DV+. Adjusted EBITDA margin expected to expand by 100 to 150 basis points over 2023.
