The amendment legalizes late-term abortion, repeals parental consent for minors seeking abortion, and removes all safety regulations for abortion providers.
If this amendment passes, it will eliminate every single safeguard Florida currently has in place to protect women who choose abortions.
Currently, abortions must be performed by licensed physicians. Amendment 4 would allow anyone to perform an abortion without licensing, training, or qualifications.
