My partner and I have been together for 14 years, and we love each other very much. BUT over the course of Best Friend's relationship with my sister-and especially after they had a child-Best Friend made it clear that he was a sociopath with no real interest in being part of a family.
I'm trying not to judge Partner for wanting to keep Best Friend in his life. Their relationship goes back to long before Partner and I met. BUT Partner sometimes sticks up for Best Friend and claims I don't know the whole story.
