United Launch Alliance delays the first crewed Boeing Starliner launch
Briefly

The delay comes after an upper-stage liquid oxygen pressure relief valve didn't fully close and was making a noise as pad crew were loading astronauts Butch Wilmore and Suni Williams into their capsule.
ULA will need to 'stretch' the upper stage to depressurize Centaur before technicians can open it up and replace the valve, according to ULA's CEO Tory Bruno.
Boeing faced challenges with the Starliner capsule, which was meant to launch a crewed flight test in 2017. They encountered issues, including a near loss during the first orbital flight test that led to a successful second test.
