NASA and ESA ink deal to send Rosalind Franklin to Mars
Briefly

The deal was signed for NASA to provide a launcher, heater units, and landing assistance rockets for the ExoMars Rosalind Franklin rover.
The mission faced multiple delays due to technical issues with parachutes, storage after Russia's cooperation suspension, and the recent revival by Thales Alenia Space.
Thales Alenia Space will develop the Mars Entry, Descent and Landing Module (EDLM) and conduct maintenance activities for the rover launching in 2030.
