Before there was Halo and Destiny, there was Marathon - now available on Steam for free, introducing a new audience to Bungie's beginnings.
Marathon, though not a blockbuster like Halo, paved the way for Bungie's success. A new PvP shooter version of Marathon is expected to launch in 2025.
