China's High Energy Photon Source (HEPS) will provide some of the brightest synchrotron X-rays globally, allowing real-time molecular and atomic structure revelation.
HEPS storage ring will accelerate electrons to high energies producing 'hard' X-rays for nanoscale sample investigation, with a 10,000 times better time resolution than third-generation synchrotrons.
