Kashaan Parks was arrested for hooking a woman with a belt from behind, dragging her between two cars, and raping her while unconscious in the Bronx.
The NYPD released photos of the suspect who sexually assaulted the victim, appealing for information on the attacker who was masked in the footage.
Parks, 39, faced charges of causing the victim to lose consciousness during the attack, with the investigation ongoing in Manhattan Criminal Court.
