Combined with other professional services provided by Screen Pilot, CEO and Founder Tom Dibble said his clients get between three and six times the normal rates for direct online booking. 'We're punching way above industry norms when it comes to conversion rates on hotels and resorts websites,' Dibble said. 'So, that secret sauce is working.'
Eventually, Dibble expects to open brick and mortar offices in London and in a yet-to-be-determined Latin American city. Screen Pilot has 40 people working in its Denver headquarters and serves about 300 hotels and resorts, with plans to grow to up to 1,500 clients in the next five years.
Dibble plans to focus more on the company's technology platform in Europe and is considering moving software operations in-house. If Screen Pilot can break into the fragmented European market with a differentiating platform, it could be a game-changer.
