Gordon Ramsay is setting up London's highest restaurant, Lucky Cat, on Level 60, with a 3am late license, a Lucky Cat Roof Terrace, and a 14-seater chef's table.
22 Bishopsgate will also host Bread Street Kitchen & Bar, a new afternoon tea experience, and The Gordon Ramsay Academy for culinary enthusiasts.
