Producer and 'architecture junkie' Ryan Murphy lists Richard Neutra-designed LA home for $33.9M
Briefly

Murphy, 58, bought the Neutra-built five-bedroom from former owner Tom Ford in 2022, paying the fashion designer $29 million for the approximately 3,800-square-foot compound.
Built out of mostly glass, wood and concrete in 1955, this LA house is surrounded by foliage and still contains many of its Neutra-era details.
Throughout are the original terrazzo flooring, cabinetry, black mosaic bathroom tile and wood paneling. Murphy also reoriented the Romanesque garden to encircle a 17th-century fountain.
There's also a double-wide living room, a primary suite with lacquered walls, two high-end kitchens and a ramp framed by cantilevered bars leading to the home's main entrance.
