A property owner in the Hollywood Hills is planning to demolish a 113-year-old Craftsman duplex to build up to five single-family homes on a quarter-acre lot.
The new homes, designed by Gibbs Architects, will feature three bedrooms each, standing up to 34 feet in height, with ground-floor two-car garages and rooftop decks.
