Ohtani is just limited to hitting as he still rehabs his elbow to get back into pitching shape after surgery, but he certainly looks like the player that earned the eye-popping contract that he did over the winter.
While Ohtani is near the top of a bunch of leaderboards, Betts is straight up the leader in a bunch, recording the most hits and walks - among other things - through Wednesday's games.
