Premier League referee to wear camera in match
Briefly

A referee will wear a video camera for the first time in a Premier League game during Monday evening's match between Crystal Palace and Manchester United, using a head-mounted device called 'RefCam'. The footage will not be broadcast live, but will be part of a one-off programme offering insight into officiating in the Premier League.
The use of bodycams was trialed by the Football Association in adult grassroots football last year to combat the abuse officials face. Premier League referees have previously worn cameras for a Summer Series match, while Bundesliga referees have used cameras and microphones in their games for program creation.
