Albies has taken batting practice for the last two days and is eligible to be activated from the injured list on Friday. While he may not play Friday, it is probable that he will return soon after.
While Albies has certainly been missed in the lineup, there is no need to rush him back. Luis Guillorme and David Fletcher have each covered second base relatively well during Albies' absence.
