Conversion of San Jose tower from offices to homes starts to emerge
A historic tower in downtown San Jose is being converted from offices to housing, with plans for a rooftop restaurant.
The project is being led by Westbank and Urban Community, and will include residential units on at least 11 floors of the building. [ more ]
