Sony announced a State of Play Showcase for June 2 at 2 PM PT / 5 PM ET. The livestream will run for 60 minutes and begin with a new look at Insomniac’s upcoming Wolverine game, followed by updates, announcements, and gameplay reveals from studios worldwide. The showcase will be streamed live on official PlayStation channels on YouTube and Twitch. June will also include multiple major gaming events, including Summer Game Fest on June 5, Day of Devs, and several showcases on June 6. June 7 is reserved for Microsoft’s Xbox Gaming Showcase, featuring Gears of War: E-Day and a deep dive from The Coalition. Sony is reportedly keeping single-player games exclusive to PS5 and has additional exclusives and upcoming releases.

Arc System Works' next fighting game, Marvel Tokon: Fighting Souls could also make an appearance as its August 6 release date draws nearer, and we wouldn't be too surprised if third-party studios choose to debut a new game during the livestream."
