UPPER WEST SIDE, NY - A man exposed himself and tried to pull an 18-year-old woman's pants down on an Upper West Side train, police said.The woman got on a "2" train about 10 p.m. on Sunday at 125th Street, where she was followed by an unknown man, police said.The man then exposed himself and tried to grab her pants as the train pulled into the 72nd Street station, police said.
