A 74-year-old woman was found dead with her hands and feet tied inside her Upper West Side apartment Wednesday night, police said.Maria Hernandez, of 126 West 83rd St., was found in her third-floor apartment unconscious and unresponsive at around 9:55 p.m. bound by rope - although there were no obvious signs of trauma, police said.
