Apple Music now lets subscribers transfer playlists to (and later on, from) YouTube Music
Briefly

Apple Music subscribers can now easily transfer their personal playlists to YouTube Music, allowing for a more flexible and integrated music-listening experience across platforms.
To transfer playlists, users must have either an Apple Music or iTunes Match subscription, and an active YouTube Music account—but no YouTube Music subscription is necessary.
Only personal playlists created by the user can be transferred; shared or collaborative playlists and non-music files like podcasts are excluded from the process.
Currently, the pathway for transferring playlists back to Apple Music from YouTube is indicated to be in development, with a feature to come soon via Google Takeout.
