New York firefighters install flag poles to remember those lost 20 years ago.

The metallic clacking of hammers echoed through Riverside Park on Saturday morning as members of the New York Fire Department installed flagpoles in front of the Firemen's Memorial on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
