Lucky To Live Here Realty joined SERHANT. as part of SERHANT.'s New York expansion, bringing a four-person team and a $1 billion-plus sales track record. The Long Island firm was founded in 2010 by co-founders Elena D'Agostino and Joyce Mennella, both native Long Islanders. Since launch, the firm closed more than $1 billion in sales volume and recorded $59 million over the past 12 months. D'Agostino and Mennella bring three decades of combined experience, with multiple industry recognitions including top producer and top residential sale honors.
