ICEYE secured a €300 million three-year committed revolving credit facility backed by a seven-bank syndicate of Nordic, regional, and global relationship lenders. The facility is intended to support customer contract guarantees, business growth, and liquidity as governments accelerate procurement of sovereign Earth observation capacity. The credit instrument is positioned as a different signal than equity, reflecting lender focus on contract demand, cash generation, and the credit quality of customers. ICEYE reported 2025 as an inflection point, with revenue above €250 million, EBITDA above €100 million, cash from operations above €130 million, and €1.5 billion in contracted backlog. ICEYE’s synthetic aperture radar constellation enables imaging through cloud, smoke, and darkness, and the market has shifted toward defense intelligence infrastructure, with Ukraine serving as a key reference point.
