Ammonia leak at Fremont ice business spurs shelter-in-place order

The leak was first reported around 10:30 a.m. at Arctic Glacier Ice, located at 43960 Fremont Blvd., according to the Fremont Fire Department.

To help ensure the business is able to fully resume operations, FFD hazardous materials inspectors will stay in contact with facility personnel, the department said.
