
Canyon releases an aluminum Grizl AL built on the success of the carbon Grizl update, aiming to make adventure gravel riding more affordable. The new model starts around 1300€ and includes a Shimano 1x drivetrain and a tubeless-ready setup. The design shifts away from mimicking carbon, using a simpler aluminum aesthetic while adding versatility through increased clearance and mounting points. The frame is 120g lighter than the previous aluminum version. Tire clearance supports up to 700c x 54mm or 29 x 2.1″, with consistent 700c wheel size across sizes. Multiple cage, bottle, and bag mounts enable loaded touring, commuting, and bikepacking.
