AC Milan are reportedly preparing an attempt to sign Mohamed Salah at the end of the season. It has been communicated that this will be Salah’s last season at Liverpool. A return to Italy is described as increasingly feasible for the 33-year-old, despite ongoing talk about a move to Saudi Arabia. Salah previously played in Serie A for Fiorentina and Roma and is said to have loved his time there. He made 65 Serie A appearances and scored 29 goals, helping Roma qualify for the Champions League in 2015-16 and finish second in 2016-17. Salah has not decided yet and will decide after his final Liverpool appearance. Milan’s coach Massimiliano Allegri is believed to want more experience and technical quality, while Roma are also mentioned as interested.
"AC Milan are lining up an attempt to try and sign Liverpool's Mohamed Salah at the end of the season, a report claims. It has already been communicated that this will be Salah's last season at Liverpool. It has been a turbulent one given the public row with Arne Slot earlier in the campaign and the team's struggles in defending their Premier League title. So, a new adventure awaits, but where?"
"Sources have told Football Insider that 'a return to Italy is seen as increasingly feasible for the 33-year-old'. While there has been a lot of talk about a move to Saudi Arabia, it seems as though another spell in Serie A is possible. Salah 'loved his time' in Italy, where he played for Fiorentina and Roma before getting his Premier League return with Liverpool."
"During his last spell in Italy, Salah made 65 appearances in Serie A and scored 29 goals. He helped Roma get Champions League qualification in 2015-16 and then they finished second behind Juventus in the following campaign by just four points. The Egypt international is yet to make a decision, but will do so after his last appearance for Liverpool on Sunday when they host Brentford at Anfield."
"Milan boss Massimiliano Allegri is believed to want a bit more experience and technical quality in his side ahead of a possible return to Europe's top club competition. With the attack having struggled all season Salah may tick all the necessary boxes, but Roma are also mentioned as keen."
