Lawyers for man charged in 1972 murder of Naperville girl want more statements excluded from trial
The judge will decide if statements made by Barry Lee Whelpley about the murder of Julie Ann Hanson in 1972 can be used against him.
Whelpley's defense argues that his Fifth Amendment rights were violated when police questioned him without reading him his Miranda rights. [ more ]
